ALL SALES ARE FINAL Surf Camp International provides immediate access to digital software tools, cloud media hosting, credential verification storage, directory features, and private network assets. BECAUSE DIGITAL PROFILE INFRASTRUCTURE, CLOUD MEDIA HOSTING, AND DIRECTORY ACCESS ARE DELIVERED IMMEDIATELY UPON PAYMENT, ALL MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS (INCLUDING THE $18 USD CREW MONTHLY PASS AND THE $49 USD CREW SEASONAL PASS) ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. By completing a payment through Paystack or any authorized payment gateway on surfcampinternational.com, you explicitly acknowledge, agree, and accept that all sales are final and that no refunds, partial refunds, or prorated credits will be issued once digital access has been initiated. 2. NATURE OF DIGITAL DELIVERABLES Upon successful payment, our database immediately provisions your account with the following non-returnable digital capabilities: • Instant profile creation, bio publishing, and directory indexing. • Cloud storage and streaming bandwidth allocation for photos, ISA credentials, and embedded Loom videos. • Tokenized job application functionality and access-controlled host directory views. • Immediate access to private community channels, resource libraries, and call schedules. Due to the instant, digital nature of these services, they cannot be "returned" or "un-received." Accessing or generating user credentials constitutes full delivery of value. 3. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY • Crew Monthly Pass ($18 USD / Month): Monthly memberships automatically renew every 30 days. You retain full control over your subscription and may cancel auto-renewal at any time directly through your user account dashboard. • Cancellation Effect: Canceling your monthly subscription halts future recurring charges. Your digital membership and directory access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No prorated or partial refunds will be granted for unused days within a billing period. • Non-Recurring Crew Seasonal Pass ($49 USD): The Crew Seasonal pass is a single, one-off transaction granting access for 6 months. It is not an auto-renewing subscription and carries no recurring fees. 4. NARROW LEGAL EXCEPTIONS In accordance with South African electronic commerce standards (ECTA § 44) and processing rules, refunds will ONLY be evaluated under the following two rare technical circumstances: • Duplicate Billing Errors: If a technical error causes your payment card to be charged multiple times for the exact same transaction reference. • Verified System Defect: If a verified server error completely prevents your account from being provisioned within 48 hours of purchase, and our support team is unable to manually resolve access. Change of mind, personal travel adjustments, failure to maintain valid industry certifications, or individual responses from third-party hosts DO NOT constitute grounds for a refund. SCI provides software tools, directory hosting, and media storage; membership fees cover continuous digital access and hosting resources regardless of individual networking outcomes or camp hiring decisions. 5. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES Initiating an unwarranted payment dispute or card chargeback with your bank without contacting support first violates our Terms of Service. In the event of an unjustified chargeback: • Your candidate profile, media links, and user account will be permanently terminated immediately. • You will be barred from creating future candidate profiles or purchasing future Crew Seasonal or Crew Monthly memberships. • SCI reserves the right to provide transaction logs, IP logs, Loom video embeds, and user activity records to Paystack and card issuers as conclusive proof of digital value delivered. 6.
